National Minimum Wage 2020-2021

The National Minimum Wage and The National Living Wage increase every year in April.

As of 1st April 2020 the below hourly rates came into affect as follows:

Aged 25 and above (national living wage rate)               £8.72

Aged 21 to 24 inclusive                                                   £8.20

Aged 18 to 20 inclusive                                                   £6.45

Aged under 18 (but above compulsory school leaver)    £4.55

Apprentices aged under 19                                             £4.15

Apprentices aged under 19 and over (but in first year)   £4.15

It is important to make sure you are paying your staff the correct minimum hourly rate for their age.

COVID-19: What you need to know

We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that whilst our office is still open for business we continuously following the advice of the Government and Public Health England and putting the safety and wellbeing of our employees, you and your loved ones first.

In order for us to maintain the level of service you are used to we have had to look at continuity of our business, therefore today, we have made the decision to ask you, our clients to prevent any visits to Stranton Business Centre (unless this is absolutely necessary) in order to help us protect you and our staff. We hope that staying open as long as it is possible we will offer peace of mind to everyone. We recommend that you contact us via telephone or email rather than popping into see us. If it is necessary for you to provide us with information and or paperwork and you do not have the means to provide it electronically we will not be offended if you were to drop it in the porch or post through the letterbox. 

We can assure you that we are trying our outmost to keep business as usual but we may in time have to limit staff.
